Things have improved significantly since 2023. Outlook for 2025 is good. Klue remains a challenging yet exciting place to work. Order takers will struggle here. Quota is achievable. About half the AE team hit their target last year. The addition of Win-Loss has grown deal sizes and unlocked more opportunities.

Worst experience of my life. Poorly managed and poor product. This company pumps culture and work-life balance, and it is all FAKE! The Klue sales team has been through a lot of ups and downs in recent years due to the economy and the nice-to-have marketing product (similar to many other co's in tech), however, it feels like sales are on a better path in 2024 with a new product to sell (Win-Loss0 and more paths to hit quota. Not an easy sell, but definitely possible!

I would not recommend working for Klue. Nobody hits quota and their pay is significantly below market value. Most of the top SDR's and AE's have left the company, there's only a couple remaining (and frankly I have no idea why they haven't left yet either).

My experience has been amazing so far - it's a tough market when you're not a necessity product which is fine just hinders internal growth obviously. Culture and managers are amazing!

Very poor product market fit. Very junior leadership that doesn’t know how to coach or build out scalable processes. Quota is not obtainable. CEO is living on a different planet.
