Great product market fit. Hustle culture and praise for overworking gets old quick. Mid-level leadership is the epitome of "the boys club". You're either a part of it and are set up for success or you'll be fighting tooth and nail to get by.

The culture at Podium is EXTREMELY toxic. The company is based out of Utah, and what they don't tell you in the interview is that more than half of the company is Mormon. All of the leaders are white males. DEI is non-existent.
