The product market fit is insane and continues to improve. There have been times when everything seems to be humming along well and times when it feels like we are just trying to keep things from falling apart, but the horizon feels very positive.

Constantly back and forth on massive decisions. This caused a huge portion of the great sales reps to leave because leadership could not make up their mind on what to do. This left a lot of the sub-par reps sticking around and later promoting into leadership roles.

CEO is self absorbed. I was a top producing rep, love most of the team members. The product is great and customers seem to love it. Pay structure is great.
