Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The culture at Podium is EXTREMELY toxic. The company is based out of Utah, and what they don't tell you in the interview is that more than half of the company is Mormon. All of the leaders are white males. DEI is non-existent. The training program is completely worthless; I was the only AE in my hire class and was trained with a bunch of SDR's on how to make cold calls. They have metrics you must hit in order to "graduate from training", and if you don't hit their absurd metrics you will be fired within 8 weeks of starting your employment. Salesforce is cluttered with bad information and duplicates, and the favoritism of reps who receive the minimal number of inbounds is abysmal. Stay far, far away from Podium if you value your career as a sales person.
