Used to be great but PMF is hurt by a ton of competitors and dual-functionality with prospects existing solutions. Not innovative. Poor sales culture.

You can make a lot of money at Podium and pretty quickly. It's definitely a smile and dial culture and they have their top performers that they make sure they funnel tons of leads to. It can be kind of exhausting, but it's honestly a great place to get started in your sales career and a good fit if you like the SMB motion.

my overall experience was "good" but I was ultimately pushed out. 3 years is pretty reasonable tenure at a startup, but they were realigning toolsets to cater to smaller accounts and were in the process of slowing down selling into strategic accounts. It didn't make sense to stay given my skillset.
