my overall experience was "good" but I was ultimately pushed out. 3 years is pretty reasonable tenure at a startup, but they were realigning toolsets to cater to smaller accounts and were in the process of slowing down selling into strategic accounts. It didn't make sense to stay given my skillset.

My overall experience at Podium has been a 6/10. Senior Leadership needs a change. And they should allow us to prospect new leads.
