My overall experience at Podium has been a 6/10. Senior Leadership needs a change. And they should allow us to prospect new leads.

Feild Role in Dallas, TX. Great base pay, but the training is a one-hour meeting for 2 weeks, and then they throw you out in the fire.

It was good at the start and went downhill fast, hired way too many people in sales without any thought about supporting actual accounts and customers. Then fired everybody because churn went through the roof. Pretty pathetic really.

The culture at Podium is EXTREMELY toxic. The company is based out of Utah, and what they don't tell you in the interview is that more than half of the company is Mormon. All of the leaders are white males. DEI is non-existent. The training program is completely worthless; I was the only AE in my hire class and was trained with a bunch of SDR's on how to make cold...Read More
