My overall experience was great and I think the rise a of a number of competitors and Podium going towards a universal product made things difficult.

My overall experience was good. Podium is a great place to develop your skills and move up quickly as an Account Executive. However, the path to sales leadership is risky and concerning. I felt like sales reps are just another cog in the machine at Podium. Unless you were part of the OG crew or were there long enough to work your way into their bro club, higher level leadership didn't care about you.
