Current Employee1.4Oct 23, 2024My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.

Former Employee3.4Apr 11, 2024My experience at Podium started out great! Things changed on a monthly basis, which was frustrating as it felt unstable. Got to the point that all that mattered was quantity over quality. Great product and made some great friends!
