My experience at Podium started out great! Things changed on a monthly basis, which was frustrating as it felt unstable. Got to the point that all that mattered was quantity over quality. Great product and made some great friends!

Fast paced, sink or swim environment. If you can pick it up quickly, you'll do really well. If not, you'll be looking for a new role within 90 days

The compensation was very adequate but the org structure was not what was promised. Inbound lead flow nearly nonexistant when was told it was going to primarily inbound. Ultimately, I was laid off with around 100 other sales reps.
