Turnover was insanely high and Podium doesn’t care - people were constantly quitting and getting fired (12 months after I started at Podium, 26 out of 30 people in my hire group weren’t at Podium anymore). Unless you were part of the OG crew or were there long enough to work your way into their bro club, higher level leadership didn't care about you.
