I felt like sales reps are just another cog in the machine at Podium. Unless you were part of the OG crew or were there long enough to work your way into their bro club, higher level leadership didn't care about you. I had minimal SDR support, while other reps had full SDR support, but our quotas and expectations were the same. They did do a great job at promoting training and growth, which is one thing I did really appreciate. It is an entry level sales role, and they had weekly trainings which help new reps learn and grow their closing skills in a short sales cycle.

My overall experience at Podium was great to get the experience but the culture and leadership needed work. The morale was low because of people not meeting quota and a lot of good people were fired or they moved on to better opportunities.

Overall experience was decent, training and development was great, opportunities to hit targets were scarce, and the targets themselves were quite ambitious. Solid culture, grateful to develop my skills here. Met some great people and had fun, however there was clear favoritism for those who hit their targets, making it hard for others to do so.
