My experience was good at Podium. it is a hard economy right now so its hard to sell a product that isn’t a need to most.

Compensation is constantly changing so reps don’t even know what it is till after they are supposed to get paid. They look for creative ways to not pay reps and claw back as much as possible saying you didn’t meet certain criteria.
