My overall experience at Podium was great to get the experience but the culture and leadership needed work. The morale was low because of people not meeting quota and a lot of good people were fired or they moved on to better opportunities.

Lead flow could be better. The average sale is small, but the sales cycle is really short. Bro-y culture, but I liked my team.

It was good at the start and went downhill fast, hired way too many people in sales without any thought about supporting actual accounts and customers. Then fired everybody because churn went through the roof. Pretty pathetic really.
