Lead flow could be better. The average sale is small, but the sales cycle is really short. Bro-y culture, but I liked my team.

Another Utah tech company. Opportunities are given to those who are part of the "club". I've witnessed incredibly talented sales people come here and fail miserably based on things out of their control - and others succeed by getting handed deals. It's sad. Podium is a great place to get your start in sales, especially tech sales. Some teammates and leaders genuinely want to improve themselves and help those around them and their behavior reflects that, others not so much.
