Turnover was insanely high and Podium doesn’t care - people were constantly quitting and getting fired (12 months after I started at Podium, 26 out of 30 people in my hire group weren’t at Podium anymore). The company is based out of Utah, and what they don't tell you in the interview is that more than half of the company is Mormon. All of the leaders are white males. DEI is non-existent. The training program is completely worthless; I was the only AE in my hire class and was trained with a bunch of SDR's on how to make cold...Read More
