I wouldn't recommend Podium to anyone on earth. CEO is an egotistical liar, every time he speaks it gets more and more painful to listen to his lies. Leadership as a whole in the company is a joke. They preach "extreme ownership" and when confronted with any problems they just threaten to fire you or just try to be sale people trying to sell other sales people BS. The environment has become beyond toxic they are having a quiet lay off but hey they will lie about that too. Leaders have been put in place who failed as Salesmen themself's but get handed the key because it's a family affair. Don't run from Podium Sprint before they suck you in about their awesome promotion path which is just the biggest lie ever.

My overall experience is very great. I have overachieved my quota and have been promoted to Senior SDR in 4 months. I have been completing my tasks and followed the workflow to complete my KPIs and over achieve my targets. I have also been in partnership team there and achieved great success there.

Great product. In hyper growth as a company. High pressured sales environment that works on monthly KPIs. Great office in CBD
