Going through some organizational restructuring that has created some challenges for both managers and employees over the past year. Once they iron these changes out, I think they can get back on track to being a great company to work for again.

By far the worst professional experience I've had to date. An embarrassment of an organisation. There is a reason why the average tenure is between 6-9 months. They don't even give you company laptops because the turnover is so high. I've never seen micro management like it. The wolf of wall street sales approach is so outdated.
