Current Employee4.0Dec 5, 2023My overall experience is very great. I have overachieved my quota and have been promoted to Senior SDR in 4 months. I have been completing my tasks and followed the workflow to complete my KPIs and over achieve my targets. I have also been in partnership team there and achieved great success there.

It's definitely a smile and dial culture and they have their top performers that they make sure they funnel tons of leads to. It can be kind of exhausting, but it's honestly a great place to get started in your sales career and a good fit if you like the SMB motion.
