Good pay, poor senior leadership. It very much felt like a revolving doors scene. CEO resigned on the day the UK/EMEA team was dissolved (all happened in about an hour - very sudden).

Great company that sells a market leading product. Diversity in leadership is severely lacking & sales managers do not train. They only advise to dial more. While sales continue to grow, the majority of SDR org does not hit quota.

Overall it's a fantastic company that provides a fantastic product to the market. Leadership changes are too many, and they are owned by a PE firm that only cares about the bottom line and that is killing the once amazing culture.
