Current Employee3.0Feb 27, 2025Quotas are ridiculous and they changed them again at the start of 2025 to be more weighted to meetings that move into qualified leads at a level hardly any reps can hit. Management doesn't know what to do except micromanage calls, berate reps for calling out the difficulties, and force call blitzes rather than actually enable anyone.
