Quotas are ridiculous and they changed them again at the start of 2025 to be more weighted to meetings that move into qualified leads at a level hardly any reps can hit. Its a nice place to work, but they have dynamic territories so everyone is able to pull from the same territory. If you’re new, you will have a very hard time adapting because in dynamic territories when someone shows you what they’re doing they’re literally giving away potential income because you share the same territory.

Overall it's a fantastic company that provides a fantastic product to the market. Leadership changes are too many, and they are owned by a PE firm that only cares about the bottom line and that is killing the once amazing culture.

Great company that sells a market leading product. Diversity in leadership is severely lacking & sales managers do not train. They only advise to dial more. While sales continue to grow, the majority of SDR org does not hit quota.

Good pay, poor senior leadership. It very much felt like a revolving doors scene. CEO resigned on the day the UK/EMEA team was dissolved (all happened in about an hour - very sudden).

Better with changes over the new year, but too much red tape and approval workflows in CRM to move anything along. Sales is definitely siloed from other parts of the organization which has created friction between departments.

Payscale is a very fun place to work! Only thing is compared to competitors, their product is very expensive and we lose deals that way. As well compared to other orgs, the base is very low and the commission structure doesnt help alot since you barely get inbound leads and many folks know our product is very expensive

My overall experience has been OK. Team has strong sales players. Sales leadership is a different story. Company lacks understanding of competitive landscape, pricing, and top of the funnel strategy.
