My overall experience being a mixed bag. The base is good along with some quota relief through a commission draw. I received 0 inbounds in months. The deal size is very small compared to the quota.

MidMarket AE will be the end of your Envoy career. Worse yet, SMB & MM AE leadership is so bad that 25% of the sales org left the company in the last 5 months of 2024. Mass exodus due to toxic leadership and unattainable quotas due to a weak market-fit. It went from selling a solid set of products in '21, '22, and '23 to selling a "nice-to-have" vision in 2024.

people are leaving left and right, envoy has a difficult road ahead. Would not recommend joining unfortunately until leadership figures out the right direction.

It’s nice that you can sell anyone with an office space Envoy, however many companies won’t see the value unless there is some sort of compliance initiative tied to visitor management. Great people, solid bread and butter product that Envoy is known for, and decent comp however plagued with a revolving door policy including CXO’s, leaving the company and product stuck on the same plateau for last few if not several years. The new CRO of this place exudes a superiority complex and toxic boomer energy. I would avoid while he is still there. A ton of great people will probably leave soon because of this.

Positive. Layoffs were tough but it was 2022. Severance was fair. I was fairly compensated relevant to work I put in and perks were incredible. Developed as a professional in my short time at Envoy

Envoy has been a great company to work for, although recent changes within leadership and product strategy have changed my perspective on not only the day-to-day, but the long-term outlook of the company. There are still amazing people that work there and the sales culture is still very strong; but I fear that is going to change for the worse soon.

My overall experience was subpar. Visitor management and workplace management didn’t have the growth that was expected and the leadership team over hired massively, resulting in a large RIF.
