My experience at Palantir has been that if you work for the best outcomes or the organization, the organization will work for you. It takes a long time to build trust in both directions though, which means that a lot of people don’t stay long and come away with a negative impression with how extractionist both parties were.

Horrific culture bordering on criminal conduct in many cases. The worse sales leadership you will find at any publicly traded company, or any company for that matter. They treat all reps like BDRs, will only train you on how to generate new opportunities. They doubled quota and cut commission in half to help pump the stock. Pricing the product is nebulous and always changing, there are no actual sales people leading the commercial organization besides Ted.
