Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Compensation and benefits are at the top of the market, but commission plans have worsened in the last few years. Work/life balance is excellent. More travel is being asked starting this year. The core product is becoming more commoditized in the market, making it harder to make your number. If you look at revenue growth numbers, it has slowed down a lot since 2022. It's not perfect, but it's a good company to work for.
