Current Employee PagerDuty has some strong points. The company provides a solid incident management platform that is widely used in the industry. Some teams are great to work with, and there are smart people across the org but a lot of the best ones left.
That said, like any company, there are challenges. Leadership decisions can sometimes feel disconnected from the realities on the ground, and internal processes can be slow or inefficient. Career growth opportunities may be limited depending on your department. Work-life balance varies, and while there’s talk about flexibility, the reality can be different.
