Smoke and mirrors at the exec and c suite level. This is really a late stage startup that shouldn’t have IPOed when it did, IMO. Now unable to look itself honestly in the mirror and admit that it’s fallen behind and can’t adjust to an enterprise sales model. Identity crisis with our customers too. They think we still are just a paging service (I mean look at our marketing and mascot). Major chip on shoulder and entitled aptitude. Employees are generally pretty great as a group though, and diversity is legit. Just weak middle management and totally out of step at the very top.

Good product portfolio, but there are some glaring bottlenecks. The territory carves could be better. Interesting logic regarding how they’re split.
