Quotas were virtually unattainable last year (FY23), with only a small percentage of people actually hitting (<5%). Quotas still went up in FY24, accelerators were removed, and territories shrunk. There have been quiet layoffs and the company is hitting a growth plateau.

Rock solid product and uncapped commissions. Very heavy emphasis on the comp plan to sell to net-new customers and sell new products (incentivized to do so). Trying to get into a platform play from a point solution, the messaging resonates well with C-Suite but we have a hard time shaking our brand as "just an alerting tool".
