The territory carves could be better. Interesting logic regarding how they’re split. Data is as good as any other org, with some accounts that are far too small for the segment being assigned.
Many new logo accounts are literally dead companies but their potential value is through the roof, skewing the quality of the territory. At least 2/3 of the new logos aren’t good or assessed for size correctly.
There doesn’t seem to be much of an appetite to clean this up either, so if your territory is weak, you’re going to have a rough time building 3-4x pipeline.
So really dig into the performance of your territory when you interview.
There are support challenges because they need to onboard more staff, causing friction points with customers.
It’s rough out there right now, and it’s not clear if leadership will give people the time to slog through a rough patch, literally and metaphorically.
Things are moving in the right direction, but there is definitely a question of whether you have enough time to make things happen. Expect a 6-9 month ramp to get proficient in the role and close decent deals. Browse Other Reviews
