Great company and fantastic market fit. Sometimes the company has very high aspirations which means they don’t always celebrate the successes they do have enough. They defined the market and continue to innovate in Everything Operations. Recommended!

Career architecture is a joke here. They look past performance data and the metrics they've set for promotion, and deny people based on "lack of tenure in role". However, then they regularly break this for their favourite people who don't fit the requirements for performance and promote them before.
