Awful, toxic culture and very immature, panicky leadership. Micromanagement is rife in all roles and a culture of fear is maintained so that everyone is on the verge of losing their jobs.

New senior leadership is clueless & doesn’t give a damn about the reps. They talked about improving culture & morale which was at an all time low when they took over & managed to make it even worse.
