My overall experience wasn't the best as I did not feel like there was adequate training. There was no clear expectations or communication between management and employees. Commission structure was unfair, confusing and constantly changing.

NICE is a great company, but the sales floor doesn't always have the power to control how they want to operate. The people are amazing and the product leads the market.

The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More
