Current Employee3.4Sep 25, 2023My immediate team is great and I love my peers. A lot of products are more tailored to large organizations so selling into SMB can be challenging considering NICE is not the cheapest in the industry. The comp plan is also very challenging to understand.

There can be upwards of 20 people involved in the sales process, and if the client is not considered enterprise, be prepared to receive very little support/urgency.
