Great products and very large portfolio that we can sell to customers and prospects. One big pain point is that since NICE is a very large company it’s hard to get things done without multiple connections in various departments. NICE is also often the most expensive compared to competition. Commission payments can be very confusing and the auditing process on upsells is very hard to predict when it comes to forecasting.

CXone is known in the industry so it is not difficult to sell. The deals are big though so they are high touch.

The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More
