NICE is a great company, but the sales floor doesn't always have the power to control how they want to operate. The people are amazing and the product leads the market.

Commission structures change yearly, payouts are always incorrect and it is an immense pain to get that rectified. Management are only interested in the sales numbers, any coaching or training is palmed off to a small team of trainers. Just check glassdoor to see their track record of underpaying.

NICE is a great company to get your start in tech. SDR compensation is on par with industry averages, however, they changed the attainment structure in 2023 and there have been some frustrations that leadership claims to be addressing headed into 2024.
