Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I really like working for NICE. My manager is the best I’ve ever had, and most management has a long tenure, which says a lot. Here is a list of bullet points about NICE:
• Customers are very interested in learning about the solutions; much easier to get meetings and access to the business, not just IT
• Most customers attend the User Conferences, contrary to other places I’ve worked
• Proof of Values allow us to put our money where our mouth is resulting in faster sales
• Encourage travel and face time
• Many contests are open to the entire company
• Stability of the company is a breath of fresh air
• Internal meetings are for the most part positive, and most everyone is doing well and having fun (if you are someone who regularly blows out your number, you can make a ton of money)
• No having to spin bad news or negative financials
After I made the move five years ago, I wished I had not waited so long. But I compare it to being in a bad relationship and not knowing it until you break up and find a healthy one!
