Overall positive experience. But the sales organization has matured a lot in the past year, and it's getting much more challenging than it used to be to hit quota

There have been changes implemented with our comp plans. Accelerators have been introduced but they've been difficult to hit. Overall - great place to work, especially given tech consolidation motion most enterprises are going through. Atlassian is one of those platforms that enterprises can truly consolidate too.
