If you can crack the code, the OTE is incredible. Most folks are not able to hit quote in the MM AE team.

Asana pays well, if you hit quota. Which has been a struggle the last couple years. They have incredibly high quotas with decreasing ACV. ENT expansion ACV = $20k & ENT new biz ACV = $8k. It takes the same amount of effort to complete a deal cycle for $10k opps vs $100k+ opps. We have been trying to be an Enterprise company for years now but this is, clearly, not...Read More
