Commission structures change yearly, payouts are always incorrect and it is an immense pain to get that rectified. Management are only interested in the sales numbers, any coaching or training is palmed off to a small team of trainers. Just check glassdoor to see their track record of underpaying.

Used to be the best place to work but in the last 3 hrs the compensation plan has changed so drastically that it makes it hard to make OTE especially with all the decelerators

NICE is a great place to be as an SDR and/or start your career in SaaS. Leadership as of this year has been making a push to hire SMB AEs from within (none have been promoted yet, but there is finally a somewhat clear roadmap in place).
