I love the technology. Really resonates, and customers have no problem telling us we're superior to our competitors even when we lose a deal. Biggest problem is lack of leadership within Sales organization. Overlays are suspect and looking for handouts it appears. Maybe it's just the area we're in

Nice has gone way down hill. The product is great but the company and compensation has been horrendous. They no longer incentivize the sales reps in closing deals.

NICE has really great sales team. The managers are terrific as well as the co-workers. Great environment and benefits are pretty great too.
