There are reps making great money at NICE, but I was not one of them. I had pretty rough accounts that had already been shuffled around a few times before I got them. Good opportunity if you happen to be in the right place at the right time.

80% of sellable accounts owned by 20% of reps. The other 20% spread amongst WAY to many. SMB and MM accoiunts in Enterprise and all quotas are the same. Comp plan delivered 3 months into year and points all the ways they ding you. Commission always wrong. Culture of fear and gaslighting.

NICE is an organization that is run by FEAR. Everyone is on eggshells constantly and senior leadership perversely enjoys finding reason to fire people. They have an absolutely deluded sense of their own capabilities and reputation.

The quota was unattainable--they kept insisting there was demand but there was a post-COVID lull. Instead of laying people off and admitting demand was down, they did a mass firing.
