Horrible culture upper management has never sold in their lives. They have increased quotas, price of our product and lowered payouts so it’s a lose lose across the board. Will say we won’t lose on price but we constantly do as we are highest priced in the market.

The compensation plan is the worst I have experienced in the industry and we've recently hired a lot of sales people to cover the market, so diluting the territories and OTEs. The organisation is also very disorganised on GTM so every deal you are putting forward requires an exception for the commissionto be approved, so you might book a deal and not receive any...Read More
