The quota was unattainable--they kept insisting there was demand but there was a post-COVID lull. Instead of laying people off and admitting demand was down, they did a mass firing.

There is absolutely zero urgency on pipeline being at historic lows, while quotas are at historic highs. Add to that DECCELERATORS on your commissions until you hit 50% of quota for the year. The company was going through an acquisition and restructuring as thee adoption of the solution was very limited. Due to a data hack, fewer customers were interested in meetings or closing new businesses.
