The company was going through an acquisition and restructuring as thee adoption of the solution was very limited. Due to a data hack, fewer customers were interested in meetings or closing new businesses.

My immediate team is great and I love my peers. A lot of products are more tailored to large organizations so selling into SMB can be challenging considering NICE is not the cheapest in the industry. The comp plan is also very challenging to understand.

The quota was unattainable--they kept insisting there was demand but there was a post-COVID lull. Instead of laying people off and admitting demand was down, they did a mass firing.

Overall a great company to work for. Marketing inbound lead flow seems lower and others but thats apart of sales always need to be creating new pipeline
