NICE is a great place to be as an SDR and/or start your career in SaaS. Leadership as of this year has been making a push to hire SMB AEs from within (none have been promoted yet, but there is finally a somewhat clear roadmap in place). With that said, attainment for AEs at NICE is abysmal in the SMB space. So IMHO, NICE is a great place to start at and leverage into your next role elsewhere.

Great products and very large portfolio that we can sell to customers and prospects. One big pain point is that since NICE is a very large company it’s hard to get things done without multiple connections in various departments. The overall culture and support was commendable. The salary for the position was way below similar roles in other companies with little bonus once a year. People were getting hired on my team at a higher salary than me. Requirements of job were constantly changing and more responsibility was required without more pay.
