Current Employee Hot and cold. I definitely drank the koolaid at first as there are passionate and talented reps at Motive. Product demos well.
The longer you’re here the more you see it’s smoke and mirrors. Rep attainment is overblown and it’s all based on territory. Our product is improving but it’s embarrassing forcing our (clearly faked) case studies to our prospects.
Coming from a different industry I’m used to competitive sales cycles but I’ve never been at a company that focuses on what another company does so much.
It’s exhausting how much time, resources, and focus is spent on samsara.
