My Overall all experience is just ok. The compensation isn't market competitive and below average salary paid in Pakistan.

While base compensation was below market average, variable was uncapped so sellers were highly rewarded for overperformance.

Motive was a really good organization when they were known as KeepTruckin. But their moves in last 2 years along with name change have been questionable. Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues.
