Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Motive was a really good organization when they were known as KeepTruckin. But their moves in last 2 years along with name change have been questionable.
Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues.
I do not see Motive finding further success in SMB model anymore unless they change their ways.
