Motive was a really good organization when they were known as KeepTruckin. But their moves in last 2 years along with name change have been questionable. Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues. I came into this role needing a job because I was laid off. It's not a bad company to work for overall. Pretty easy to learn products and industries to sell into. The CEO is way too involved in everything trying to make it public. The company is very productivity/outcome-focused and will micromanage nonstop if you fall behind.
