Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Like many companies in the high interest rate environment, Lucid's growth rate has slowed. So, as with any company if you have the wrong territory you will struggle. Lucid is not initially a "must have" product for many executive budget holders, so selling tops down is not often something you can do in a net new capacity. It's a combo bottoms up (user led) and tops down once you have traction.
Overall, the culture of Lucid is a positive culture, the company is well positioned to succeed, and has adjusted quotas and commission compensation creatively to help reps make money.
All teams are engaged to make sales successful. The company is profitable (we are told) and the leadership is very engaged in closing deals. Browse Other Reviews
